Northern Premier Investments is pleased to announce as of February 28, 2011 it has finalized the Horse Hills Syndication. We would like to “Thank” all those investors who shared our vision and are participating in this strategic parcel of land in Edmonton’s “Horse Hills Energy and Technology Park” which has now been renamed the “Edmonton Energy and Technology Park.”
NPI is now devoting the necessary time and attention into having the 526 acre parcel rezoned and commence marketing the property. Our focus for this project has shifted. We anticipate rezoning approval in the summer to early fall of 2012 and have entered the exit strategy phase of the project.
We have moved forward and are into full swing marketing and will aggressively promote the property to a variety of developers and potential buyers.
